I used to watch a lot of Boomerang in Latin America, they aired either OG Looney Tunes or Tom and Jerry for 1 hour daily

The background art in the early ones was beautiful.

ah, but only some of it was good. i disliked the czech ones or the ones by chuck jones.

I had a love/hate relationship with that show because I felt so sorry for Tom. Kept watching it though so clearly it did something right.
